House Prices Increased in 2021

The latest MyHome.ie Property Report for Q4 2021 was released this morning and shows that annual asking price inflation rose by 9.7% nationwide.

The key findings of the report are as follows:

• Annual asking price inflation accelerates to 9.7% nationwide
• Record low of 11,300 homes listed for sale nationally on MyHome.ie
• ‘The unwelcome message from this quarter’s MyHome report is that there is little sign of conditions easing’
